Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain efficient production schedules based on order requirements, available resources, and capacity.
- Coordinate across multiple departments (merchandising, purchasing, production, quality control) to ensure timely material and resource availability.
- Adapt plans swiftly in response to material sourcing changes, delays, or unforeseen production issues.
- Clearly communicate schedules, targets, and changes with managers, supervisors, and management.
- Resolve bottlenecks and production-related challenges decisively.




- Analyze production data for delays and can change plan dynamically
- Generate regular reports on production outputs and plan

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of industry experience, preferably with exposure to production planning in garment/textile or related sectors.
- Proven analytical skills; proficiency with production planning tools is a must.
- Assertive communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
