Key Responsibilities
- Support master planning, layout planning, and urban design guideline development.
- Assist with site assessment, analysis, and research — land use, demographics, transportation, and zoning.
- Prepare GIS mapping, base plans, and site documentation.
- Develop concept sketches, drawings, and 3D models to support design proposals.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in site visits, field documentation, and coordination with the architecture team.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, or Architecture.
- 0–2 years of professional experience — fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Working proficiency in GIS software, AutoCAD, and SketchUp or Rhino.




- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentation and graphics.
- Understanding of zoning regulations, land use policy, and basic sustainability principles.
- Robust visual communication skills and attention to detail, with a portfolio to share.
- Good research, written communication, and teamwork skills.
- Availability to join within days. Candidates currently on a notice period are still encouraged to apply — a short paid trial can bridge the transition.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
