About the Role

Ideas move fast in Techdomes Founders Office - faster than any process can keep up with. Your job is to be the connective tissue: catching what the CEO and CTO are thinking before its fully formed, shaping it into something executable, and pushing it across Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Ops until its actually shipped.

Some days that means turning a five-minute conversation into a fully scoped proposal. Other days it means noticing that two teams are about to duplicate effort and fixing it before anyone has to ask. You wont be handed a script for either - youll be trusted to figure out what "done well" looks like and get there.

This role suits someone whod rather be the person closing the loop than the person waiting to be looped in.

What Youll Do
- Partner directly with the CEO and CTO on strategic priorities, translating decisions into action and staying on them until theyre done, not just until theyre assigned.
- Own cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations,



so priorities dont stall in the handoff between teams.
- Build client-ready presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and business documents that put Techdomes best foot forward.
- Conduct market, competitor, and AI ecosystem research, and convert findings into insights leadership can act on, not another report that sits unread.
- Support client interactions end to end: prepare meeting briefs, coordinate follow-ups, and draft skilled communications that represent the founders well.
- Use AI tools - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI - as part of your daily workflow to move faster on research, writing, documentation, and operations.
