What would you do?
We are seeking a skilled facilitator with a robust foundation in adult learning and a commitment to continuous improvement. This role focuses on delivering effective, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences across both in-person and virtual environments.
As an Instructor at Career Level 9, you will facilitate sessions using a variety of delivery techniques, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business context. You will collaborate closely with content, curriculum, and operations teams, and use learner feedback and session data to inform improvements. The ideal candidate brings experience facilitating learning for global audiences and is able to adapt delivery to meet diverse learner needs and cultural contexts.
Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring,
and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.
