Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager - Accounts Receivable to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining solid relationships with customers. You will play a key role in supporting the company's financial health and ensuring accurate and efficient revenue cycle management.





The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounts receivable processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with the sales, customer service, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Oversee and manage the accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Monitor and maintain accurate aging reports, track overdue payments, and escalate collections as needed.
- Process customer invoices, credits, and refunds in accordance with company policies and timelines.
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and work closely with customers to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
