Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present and recommend diamond, gold, and other jewellery products based on customer needs.
- Explain product specifications, pricing, gemstone/diamond details, certifications, and offers.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from product selection to billing and delivery.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant jewellery products and services.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on new collections, jewellery trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Support festive campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the store, inventory,



billing, and operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain the brand’s luxury and qualified image.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with Sales/Marketing or Jewellery-related education will be preferred.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, premium retail, or related sales roles.
- Experience in diamond jewellery sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products, diamonds, gemstones, and market trends is preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM, POS, and basic computer applications.
