Are you an experienced Investment Accountant with expertise in Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, IFRS/US GAAP, Cash Management, and Investment Accounting? We are looking for a skilled professional to manage fund/venture accounting activities, capital transactions, investor reporting, audit support, and investment acquisitions/dispositions. Hands-on experience with Yardi is highly preferred.

Responsibilities :-

1. Manage day-to-day cash transactions and bank accounts for assigned funds/ventures.

2. Process accounting transactions, journal entries, and General Ledger activities in Yardi.

3. Manage capital contributions, distributions, capital calls, commitments, and subscriptions.

4. Prepare contribution and distribution calculations and coordinate investor documentation.

5. Prepare monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial statements.

6. Perform account reconciliations and prepare financial reporting workpapers.

7. Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS and/or US GAAP.

8. Support investor, lender, management, and third-party reporting.

9. Support annual audits, PBC schedules, audit documentation, and audited financial statements.

10. Support investment acquisitions, dispositions, fee calculations, and related accounting activities.

11. Utilize Yardi Investment Management modules for cash, contributions, distributions, and other transactions.

12. Identify opportunities for accounting process and system improvements.

Requirements :-

1. 57 years of relevant experience in Investment Accounting, Fund Accounting, Real Estate Accounting, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Financial Services.

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3. Solid knowledge of IF
