To provide technical service, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting support for crushers and associated equipment at client sites, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of crushers (jaw, cone, impact, VSI) and screening equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in crushing equipment.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for technical improvements and feedback.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and customer visit records.
- Train operators and site maintenance teams on equipment handling and safety.
- Ensure timely response to customer complaints and service calls.
- Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and service documentation.
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and operational policies during in office activities.




- Support sales and demo teams during field trials and product demonstrations.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of crushing and screening plants.
- Hands-on experience in hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, and mechanical assemblies.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently to remote sites.

Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience:2-5 years of experience in service/maintenance of crushers or heavy equipment (e.g., mining, construction, aggregate industry).

Preferred: Experience with brands like Metso, Sandvik, Puzzolana, Propel, or similar.
