- Production Planning: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on customer orders.
- MPS (Master Production Schedule): Prepare the overall production plan in the ERP system.
- MRP (Material Requirements Planning): Calculate what raw materials and consumables are required and when.
- Capacity Planning: Check manpower, machines, materials and production capacity.
- Production Scheduling: Coordinate with production, engineering, CAD, purchase and dispatch teams.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
- Bottleneck Identification: Find where production is getting delayed and take corrective action.
- ERP & Excel: Maintain production plans, route cards, outstanding orders and reports.
- Plan vs Actual:



Compare planned production with actual production and report deviations.
- Dispatch Coordination: Ensure production is completed as per shipment requirements.
- Quality/Audit Documentation: Maintain planning-related documents for AS9100/ISO 9001 audits.
- Process Improvement: Find ways to reduce production time and improve efficiency.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
