JOB DESCRIPTION DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

Experience: 4-5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry: Manufacturing

Software: SAP/ERP, MS Office

Job Purpose: To manage local and export dispatch operations, ensuring timely movement of finished

goods/components, accurate documentation, statutory compliance, inventory control, and coordination

with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage local & export dispatches, including finished goods receipt, storage, stock control, and dispatch planning.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, QC, Sales, Purchase, Accounts, customers, and transporters for timely dispatches.
- Arrange vehicles/containers and ensure secure material handling, loading, and transportation.
- Prepare and verify invoices, LR, AWB, road permits, B/L, Shipping Bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Handle export/import documentation, customs clearance, CHA coordination, insurance, L/C, BRC, EPCG, Advance Licence, and export incentives.
- Ensure compliance with GST, taxation, DGFT/FTP, customs,



and export/import regulations.
- Maintain export records, licences, statutory documents, stock statements, and reports.
- Track export shipments, customs clearance, deliveries, and customer payments until completion.
- Calculate export landing costs and coordinate shipping line quotations.
- Handle job-work documentation, including material movement and Sales Orders.
- Monitor rejected/damaged goods and customer returns and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain SAP/ERP records and support ISO audits and compliance activities.
