KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Complete Accounting Operations Independently manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions. Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, vouchers, and supporting documents. Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities. Conduct regular Bank, Ledger, Customer and Vendor Reconciliations. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management. Ensure proper accounting and documentation of all business transactions.

2. GST & Indirect Taxation Independently handle GST compliance and related accounting activities. Prepare and coordinate GST returns and reconciliations. Maintain proper records for GST audits and assessments. Handle GST reconciliation and ITC verification. Manage export-related GST compliance, including LUT and export documentation. Coordinate with consultants wherever required for GST matters.

3. TDS & Income Tax Handle complete TDS compliance, including calculation, deduction, payment, returns, and reconciliation.



Maintain TDS records and certificates. Assist in Income Tax computation, documentation, and compliance. Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors for Income Tax-related requirements. Ensure all statutory payments and returns are completed within prescribed deadlines.

4. Audit & Compliance Coordinate and provide complete support for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and other financial audits. Prepare audit schedules, statements, reconciliations, and supporting documents. Ensure proper maintenance of financial records for audit purposes. Resolve accounting discrepancies and audit queries in coordination with management and auditors. Maintain strict compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

5. Export Accounting & Banking Manage accounting for export sales and foreign currency transactions. Maintain and verify export invoices, shipping documents, payment records, and related financial documentation. Coor
