JD Key Responsibilities
- Perform
functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing
for ServiceNow applications.
- Work across multiple ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- HRSD
- CSM
- GRC
- SecOps
- ITAM
- CMDB
- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed
test scenarios, test cases, and test data
.
- Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and evidence.
- Validate
ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, notifications, approvals, business rules, and client scripts
.
- Perform
integration testing
between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Validate data flow and integration responses between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
- Perform
regression testing
for ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, patches, and releases.
- Work with developers and functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve defects.
- Perform
defect tracking and management




using tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
- Validate
CMDB, CI relationships, data accuracy, and discovery-related functionality
.
- Execute
ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
tests and maintain automated test cases where applicable.
- Support
UAT and production validation
activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in
ServiceNow QA/Testing
.
- Experience testing
multiple ServiceNow modules
.
- Good understanding of
ITSM processes
such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with
ServiceNow ATF
is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of
REST/SOAP API testing and integrations
.
- Understanding of
JavaScript
and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
- Experience with
Jira/ServiceNow defect management
.
- Strong understanding of
SDLC and STLC
.
- Good analytical
