Role & responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and structured cabling.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Manage Wi-Fi networks and ensure optimal coverage across coworking centers.

Configure and maintain VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and network security policies.

Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for bandwidth management and issue resolution.

Perform regular network audits, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.

Monitor network utilization and recommend improvements for scalability and performance.

Ensure network security through firewall management, access controls, and security best practices.

Provide technical support to members and internal teams for network-related issues.

Maintain network documentation, asset records, and configuration backups.

Support CCTV, access control systems, VoIP phones, and other network-connected devices.

Participate in current center setup and technology deployment projects.
