Role & responsibilities

Responsible for overall Food & Beverage operations, with primary focus on events catering, restaurant sales and management. Drive revenue through effective sales strategies,

Corporate and social event acquisition

Plan and execute pre wedding functions , conferences, parties and club events while ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards and guest satisfaction. Manage inventory, vendors and operating costs. Maintaining high standards of hygiene & safety

Preferred candidate profile is that he/ she is sales + operations person .
- Experience: 5-10 years in Food & Beverage, preferably in a premium city club, hotel, banquet facility, convention centre or large standalone restaurant.
- Events Expertise: Solid hands-on experience in weddings, corporate events, social functions and large-scale catering.
- Sales Orientation:



Proven ability to generate F&B; revenue, acquire new clients, develop corporate accounts and drive repeat business.
- Restaurant Management: Experience managing restaurant operations, guest experience, menus, pricing, promotions and profitability.
- Leadership: Capable of managing teams, including banquet, restaurant and service staff.
- Commercial Acumen: understanding of budgets, food cost, manpower cost, P&L;, inventory
- Personality: Energetic, confident, presentable, proactive and comfortable being on the floor and personally driving sales.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B; essential.
