We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

The role will primarily focus on business research, lead generation, client outreach, identifying potential business opportunities, and building initial relationships with prospective clients in the IT and technology services sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and businesses that may require IT and technology solutions.
- Generate relevant business leads through LinkedIn, email, online platforms, directories, and other channels.
- Identify key decision-makers and relevant contacts within target companies.
- Conduct professional outreach through emails, LinkedIn, calls, and other communication channels.
- Understand the basic requirements and business needs of potential clients.
- Introduce the company's technology services and create initial interest among prospects.




- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the senior/business team.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect information in CRM or other tracking systems.
- Follow up with prospects regarding scheduled meetings and ongoing discussions.
- Research market trends, industries, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of relevant prospects and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and handover of qualified opportunities.
- Prepare basic lead reports and maintain daily/weekly activity records.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Outreach, B2B, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good research and internet research abilities.
