We are currently hiring for the position of IT Recruiter for our Hyderabad location.

Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 6 months to 1.6 years
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time
CTC: Based on your previous CTC and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, and offer coordination.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate closure.




- Coordinate with candidates throughout the notice period and joining process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Meet hiring targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Required Skills:
- 6 months to 1.6 years of experience in IT recruitment/end-to-end recruitment.
- Robust understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and candidate screening.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates willing to work from Hyderabad are preferred.
