We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Ecommerce Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end marketplace operations, product listings, and catalog management. This role is critical in scaling across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website.

Key Responsibilities
- List products on the website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
- Maintain accurate product data in Excel/Google Sheets (SKUs, pricing, variants, inventory)
- Optimize listings with better titles, keywords, images, A+ content, and descriptions
- Handle daily marketplace operations, including seller panels and listing issues
- Manage pricing, offers, promotions, and platform campaigns
- Track key metrics like sales, conversion rate, CTR, returns, cancellations, and RTO
- Monitor competitor pricing, listings, and marketplace trends




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and delivery tracking
- Manage returns, RTO, and customer issues
- Ensure stock availability and avoid stockouts
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for execution

Required Skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
- Basic understanding of ecommerce SEO and keyword optimization
- High attention to detail with large catalogs
- Comfortable learning current marketplace tools quickly
- 0-2 years of ecommerce/marketplace experience preferred (Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
