About the Role

KCS is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales skilled with a strong background in IT Recruitment, Staffing, Manpower Services, IT MSP, or Recruitment/MSP Business Development.

The primary responsibility of this position is new client acquisition. The candidate will be expected to identify prospective clients, generate business opportunities, conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, close new accounts, and develop long-term client relationships.

This is a sales-focused role, not a recruitment delivery position.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for KCS recruitment, staffing, manpower, IT, and related services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other business development activities.




- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their recruitment and manpower requirements.
- Present KCS services and business capabilities to decision-makers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
- Develop new business opportunities and convert prospects into active clients.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, service agreements, and contracts with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → client meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure → account development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired clients.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams after client onboarding.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, proposals, closures, and revenue opportunities.
- Work towards defined client acquisition and revenue targets.
