We are looking for a skilled and compassionate NICU Staff Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to newborns and premature infants in a home-care setting. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring the baby's condition, administering medications and treatments, supporting feeding and respiratory care, and educating parents/caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24×7/shift-based nursing care to neonates at home.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, temperature, respiratory status, and overall condition.
- Provide care for premature, low-birth-weight, and medically fragile infants.
- Administer medications, IV medications/fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Manage oxygen therapy, nebulization, feeding tubes, and other neonatal equipment as applicable.
- Assist with breast/bottle/tube feeding and monitor feeding tolerance.
- Maintain strict infection-control and neonatal hygiene practices.
- Identify and promptly report deterioration or emergency signs to the doctor/supervisor.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, and patient documentation.




- Educate and support parents regarding newborn care, feeding, hygiene, medication, and warning signs.
- Coordinate with pediatricians/neonatologists and the home-care clinical team.
- Ensure secure handling and maintenance of medical equipment.

Eligibility
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council.
- Experience in NICU/neonatal care preferred.
- Experience with home healthcare is an advantage.
- Candidates should have good clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3+ years of NICU experience preferred.
- Experience with premature babies, ventilator/CPAP support, oxygen therapy, feeding tubes, and neonatal emergencies is an advantage.
