JOB DESCRIPTION – MIS EXECUTIVE

Position: MIS Executive

JOB OVERVIEW

Qualdow is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, data

analysis, reporting, and dashboards.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MIS reports, maintaining trackers, analysing data,

and providing useful insights to management and various departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.

Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyse data from different departments.

Create and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards, and KPI reports.

Identify data discrepancies, trends, gaps, and performance variations.

Maintain master data and reporting records.

Prepare department-wise, project-wise, and management reports.

Coordinate with departments to collect and verify information.

Improve and automate reporting processes wherever possible.





Provide accurate and timely data support to management.

Maintain confidentiality of company information.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts

XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP

INDEX & MATCH

SUMIF / SUMIFS and COUNTIF / COUNTIFS

IF and IFERROR formulas

Conditional Formatting and Data Validation

Data Cleaning and Consolidation

Excel Charts and Dashboards

Working with large datasets

Good knowledge of Google Sheets

Power Query, VBA/Macros, Power BI, or SQL will be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or data management. Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
