We proudly represent global suppliers across process filtration (depth filters, capsule filters, sterile vent filters, virus removal filters) and single-use systems (bioprocess bags, tubing, connectors, assemblies, and bioprocess ancillaries).Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-energy, technically competent Sales Lead Filtration & Single-Use Systems (SUS) to drive revenue growth across key biopharma clusters in India. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO (Phase 1), you will be the core commercial and field-facing representative managing the entire sales lifecycle—from lead mapping and product trials to order closing and payment collection.
- Location: Hyderabad (Primary) + coverage of Bangalore & Pune biopharma clusters.
- Travel Expectation: 50–60% field travel for onsite client engagement.
- Joining Timeline: Within 45 days of offer acceptance.





Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Account Development (50%)
- Account Mapping: Maintain a comprehensive map of all biopharma manufacturing sites, tracing their filtration/SUS consumption patterns and key procurement/technical stakeholders.
- Field Engagement: Conduct 15–20 high-value customer site visits per month across manufacturing facilities, QC labs, and procurement offices.
- Portfolio Selling: Pitch and position Merix’s premium filtration portfolio (depth, capsule [0.2m / 0.45m PES/PVDF/Nylon], sterile vent, virus removal, pre-filters, and TFF cassettes) alongside our Single-Use Systems (2D/3D bioprocess bags, silicone/TPE tubing, aseptic connectors, and mixer/sampling assemblies).
- Displacement & Cycle Ownership: Map incumbent products used by clients and build persuasive switch proposals backed by cost-benefit comparisons. Own the complete cycle: quotations, PO follow-up, delivery alignment with O
