Requirements
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an automotive quality department, with exposure to sheet metal components
- IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certified
Core Responsibilities
- Quality assurance for recent part development
- Process audit, product audit, internal audit, and supplier audit
- Customer complaint handling and resolution
Quality Control Tools (7 QC Tools & Core Tools)
- APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
- Control Plan
Technical & Software Skills
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings
- AutoCAD – basic (optional)
- SolidWorks
- MS Office and email correspondence
Good written and spoken English
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
