Role & responsibilities

Develop and manage Company’s content strategy around business problems, transformation insights, profitability improvement, operational control, visibility and scalable systems relevant to CEOs and business owners.

Convert consulting knowledge, business observations and transformation insights into strong content angles, hooks, storylines and narratives across LinkedIn posts, blogs, carousels, posters, presentations, infographics and videos.

Create business-focused visual content using clear visual hierarchy, minimal text, clean layouts, whitespace, simple illustrations, process flows and business-relevant diagrams to make complex concepts easy to understand and engaging for the target audience.

Develop and edit video content with strong hooks, concise scripts, appropriate pacing, captions, B-roll, graphics and transitions, ensuring the visual treatment strengthens the business message rather than distracting from it.

Maintain content quality and brand consistency across every format, ensuring messaging, visual hierarchy, terminology, tone,



design standards and business logic remain aligned with Company’s positioning.

Repurpose robust content ideas across multiple formats by adapting the storytelling, visuals and messaging approach while ensuring content remains fresh, relevant and does not become repetitive or generic.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Media Production, or a related field .

• Minimum 3 years of experience within B2B content development, visual content design, copywriting, or video editing.

• Industry experience within B2B SaaS & Tech (Enterprise), Corporate Services & UAE Corporate Structuring: Financial Services & Private Equity, B2B Marketing & Creative Agencies.

• Well versed with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, LinkedIn Analytics, and video editing tools (CapCut
