Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key Off-Highway Truck tyre accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with mining, construction, logistics, fleet, and industrial customers.
- Identify and acquire new strategic accounts and business opportunities.
- Partner with OEMs and large fleet operators to expand market presence.
- Dynamic environment offering strategic influence, career progression, and business ownership.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across assigned customers.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies.




- Act as the escalation point for strategic customer issues and reviews.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Technical Service, and Manufacturing teams.
- Drive market intelligence initiatives and competitive analysis.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Key Account Managers to build a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 12-18 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing strategic accounts.
- Strong experience within the tyre industry, preferably Off-Highway, Mining, Construction, Industrial, or Commercial Vehicle Tyres.
- Proven track record of handling large B2B customers and commercial negotiations.
- Established network across mining companies, infrastructure players, fleet operators, ports, logistics organizations, and OEMs.
