We are looking for an experienced and responsible PRO / Floor In-Charge to join our hospital team.

Position: PRO / Floor In-Charge
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Sulur, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day floor operations
- Assist patients and attendants with their queries and requirements
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other departments
- Monitor patient flow and ensure smooth floor functioning
- Handle patient concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Support admission, discharge, appointments, and other patient-related processes
- Maintain good communication and service standards
- Ensure proper coordination between patients, staff, and hospital departments

Requirements:




- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and patient-friendly approach
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Willingness to work in shifts

Salary: Competitive / As per experience

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
