Role Description The Events Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role oversees end-to-end event operations, including planning timelines, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of events and conferences. The manager collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, align operational plans,



and maintain high service standards throughout the event lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include budget tracking, resource allocation, venue and supplier coordination, risk assessment, and on-site supervision during events. The role also involves post-event evaluation, process improvement, and maintaining documentation to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including process coordination, resource planning, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency in Event Planning, with experience managing timelines, logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site execution.
- Excellent Communication abilities for client interaction, cross-functional collaboration, and clear documentation.
- Solid Budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and optimize event costs while maintaining quality standards.
