who understands that great editing is more than cuts and transitions it’s about
storytelling, pacing, attention and impact.

Minimum
3+ years of qualified video editing experience
What You’ll Be Working On
- Social media Reels & short-form videos
- Brand and campaign videos
- Performance/Meta ad creatives
- Corporate and promotional content
- Shoot footage, BTS and event edits
- Motion graphics and animated content
- Multiple client brands across different industries
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience — mandatory
- Strong command of
Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good working knowledge of
Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of motion graphics, typography and transitions
- Strong sense of
storytelling, pacing, music and sound design
- Ability to create strong hooks and maintain viewer attention
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and current social-first editing formats
- Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging content
- Strong eye for visual hierarchy, composition and brand consistency
- Ability to handle feedback and revisions professionally
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Able to take ownership of an edit instead of waiting for instructions on every cut
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked in a
digital marketing / creative agency
- Understand performance-ad editing
- Can create clean motion graphics independently
- Know
DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Understand basic colour grading and audio enhancement
- Can identify trends without blindly copying them

A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
