is hiring a detail-oriented
International Student Care Associate
to manage LMS/SIS operations, train global partners and US teachers, and serve as the primary support liaison for international students, parents, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities
- Provision and maintain user accounts in our
LMS
and
Student Information System
.
- Train
international partners
and
US teachers
on LMS functionality and class operations.
- Serve as the
main customer service point
for parents, students, and US Team Heads.
- Monitor student progress and generate schedules, transcripts, diplomas, and other critical documents.
- Provide
live-class technical support
(password resets, email lockouts, LMS troubleshooting).
- Evaluate and refine operational procedures as new international programs launch.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
in Education, Information Systems,



or related field.
- 2+ years
in educational technology support, student services, or training coordination.
- Proficiency with
LMS platforms
and
SIS
.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills; customer-service mindset.
- Experience with
international students
or global teams preferred.
