Position Overview: This role is pivotal in driving both sales support and operational efficiency. The incumbent will play a key part in strengthening sales processes, managing supplier relationships. By ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with organizational objectives and customer needs, the position contributes directly to business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time receipt of ordered products, and communicate relevant updates and progress to the team
· Handle customer enquiries and provide timely quotations.
· Onboard recent vendors, including documentation and registration.
· Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and discounts.
· Process orders, ensuring all relevant details are confirmed.
· Place purchase orders with vendors and oversee procurement activities.
· Monitor material movement and ensure safe delivery to the office.
· Ensure timely payments to vendors in line with agreed terms.
· Provide regular updates to the team on enquiries and order status.
· Assist in developing and implementing sales support strategies to enhance efficiency.
· Coordinate with external sales teams and internal departments for seamless operations.
· Maintain accurate and updated records of sales and procurement activities.
Qualifications:
· Any Bachelor’s Degree.
· 1.5-3 years of experience in Inside Sales activities in any automotive manufacturing or trading companies.
· Work experience in any Japanese Manufacturing or Trading company is an added advantage.
· Experience in logistics and invoice preparation is highly desirable.
· Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties of the position.
