Roles & Responsibilities – Tracking Executive
- Track and monitor vehicles from pickup to final delivery.
- Coordinate regularly with drivers, transporters, and vehicle owners to get real-time location updates.
- Ensure timely vehicle reporting at pickup and delivery locations.
- Monitor delays, route deviations, breakdowns, and other transit-related issues.
- Update customers and internal teams regarding vehicle location and shipment status.
- Follow up with drivers for loading, unloading, and POD (Proof of Delivery).
- Maintain accurate trip and vehicle tracking records in Excel, CRM, or the company system.
- Escalate critical delays or operational issues to the concerned team or manager.
- Coordinate with the Traffic and Operations teams for smooth trip execution.
- Prepare daily tracking and trip status reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of FTL Transportation and Logistics.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in FTL Logistics / Transportation Tracking / Operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
