Role & responsibilities :- Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing & Brand Building • Execute day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns across relevant channels. • Develop ideas for social media campaigns, content series, promotional campaigns and brand initiatives. • Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and other creative partners wherever required. • Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual language and storytelling. • Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and conversions. • Assist in developing marketing calendars around upcoming journeys, festivals and cultural moments. 2. Content & Storytelling • Research and develop compelling content around destinations, traditions, festivals, food, people, heritage and experiences. • Write creative concepts and briefs, captions, social media copy, website content, brochures, emailers and other marketing communication. • Assist in creating presentations, experience decks, proposals and sales collateral.



• Convert research and ideas into compelling narratives that communicate the experience. • Work closely with the founders to translate their vision into content and communication. 3. Market Research & Consumer Insights • Conduct research on target audiences, luxury travel trends, experiential travel and cultural tourism. • Research potential markets, customer segments and current opportunities. • Study competitor offerings, positioning, pricing, communication and marketing strategies. • Identify relevant communities, organisations, businesses and channels that can help each potential customers. • Gather customer feedback and convert insights into recommendations for improving experiences and communication. 4. Sales & Customer Conversion • Handle incoming enquiries from prospective guests through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels. • Understand customer requirements and communicate experiences effectively. • Explain itineraries, inclusions, experience
