Certification(s) Preferred:

Active Workday certification (Learning/HCM) - Mandatory

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant Workday experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Learning.
- Active Workday Pro Learning Certification
- Strong understanding of Workday Learning configuration, administration and business processes.
- Experience with Learning content, courses, programs, campaigns, assignments, enrollment, completion and learner experience.
- Knowledge of Workday security, calculated fields, custom/advanced reporting and business process configuration.
- Experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and performing root-cause analysis.




- Understanding of Learning-related integrations and dependencies with other Workday modules and third-party learning/content providers.
- Experience working in a Managed Services / Operate setting and managing multiple client priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to independently own deliverables, collaborate across teams and mentor junior colleagues.

Good to have: Experience across Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting and/or other Workday HCM modules, additional Workday certifications, learning content integrations and broader Workday security/reporting expertise.
