Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Executive – International Process
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Work Mode: Onsite

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Executive to support our international customer base. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, assist with orders and inquiries, and contribute to sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers professionally and courteously
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order placement
- Identify opportunities to promote additional products and achieve sales targets
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipping, returns, and warranty in a timely manner
- Log and update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Track order status, follow-ups, and case history through the CRM
- Generate and maintain CRM reports to support sales and service performance reviews




- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer follow-up
- Consistently meet individual and team performance and quality benchmarks

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (training provided if needed)
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with international business hours
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office and related tools)
