Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end interior fit-out execution for current retail store openings, refurbishments, and relocations
- Translate brand design intent and drawings into flawless on-ground execution
- Coordinate with mall authorities and contractors
- Manage multiple store projects simultaneously under tight launch timelines
- Track samples, materials, approvals, and site progress to avoid delays
- Drive vendor performance, quality control, safety compliance and cost discipline

Ensure smooth store handover aligned with merchandising and business go-live plans

Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years of experience in retail store interior fit-out execution
- Strong understanding of retail finishes, MEP coordination, signage, and VM integration
- Hands-on experience working with design-led / premium / retail brands
- Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders across locations

Willingness to travel for store execution
