Business Development Associate – Telecalling & Sales
Location: Mumbai

Urban Company is looking for energetic, target-oriented and growth-driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates**.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–130+ outbound calls daily to Urban Company service partners.
- Engage with partners, understand their concerns and effectively communicate solutions.
- Drive partner engagement, conversions and other business outcomes through calling.
- Handle objections, follow up consistently and maximize results from every interaction.
- Work towards daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate calling and performance-related data using Excel/Google Sheets.
Who We’re Looking For
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Fresher – all are welcome.
- No specific degree or educational background required.
- Strong Hindi communication, with basic English proficiency.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.




- Comfortable working in a target-driven and high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated, resilient and willing to learn and grow.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge*.
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

- Initial 3-month contractual engagement, with extension based on performance and business requirements.
