About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager International Sales to drive new business acquisition across international markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B international sales, outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and closing current business. This is a revenue-focused role requiring someone who can independently identify prospects, initiate conversations with decision-makers, conduct discovery calls, present solutions, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across USA & Canada.
- Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and other outbound channels.
- Engage with senior decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CXOs, VPs, Directors, and Department Heads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand business requirements, challenges, budgets, and timelines.
- Present relevant solutions and build compelling business propositions for prospects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
- Develop account-specific outreach strategies for high-value prospects.
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to develop proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, pipeline, meeting, and new-client acquisition targets.
- Track competitor activity and identify new markets and business opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B Business Development / International Sales.
- Proven experience selling to customers in international markets, particularly the US, Canada, Australia, UK, or sim
