Responsibilities
- Design and develop bus exterior components including fascia, bumpers, side panels, wheel arches, doors, roof panels and exterior trims.
- Develop 3D models, assemblies and detailed engineering drawings.
- Perform exterior packaging, gap & flush, clearance and fitment studies.
- Develop mounting concepts and interfaces with body structures and other vehicle systems.
- Perform design feasibility and manufacturability assessments.
- Support prototype builds, validation and design improvements.
- Coordinate with body structure, interior, electrical and integration teams.
