Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Service
- Greet customers and understand their needs.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

2. Sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote products through effective communication.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.

3. Product Knowledge
- Maintain good knowledge of products, features, prices, offers, and promotions.
- Explain product perks clearly to customers.

4. Billing & POS
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Manage cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
- Provide bills and assist with returns/exchanges as per company policy.

5. Stock Management
- Check stock availability and assist in stock replenishment.
- Support stock counting and inventory management.




- Inform the supervisor about damaged or missing products.

6. Store Maintenance
- Keep products properly displayed and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store.
- Ensure products are properly tagged and priced.

7. Customer Relationship
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Encourage repeat purchases and provide a good shopping experience.

8. Reporting & Teamwork
- Report sales and stock-related information to the supervisor.
- Work effectively with other store team members.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
