- Handle procurement of materials required for bank interior projects.
- Source and purchase civil, electrical, carpentry, POP, plumbing, flooring, painting and other interior materials.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project teams to understand material requirements, quantities and delivery timelines.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and compare rates, specifications, quality and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive rates and favourable payment terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for material production, dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, delivery challans and vendor details
- Prepare and maintain measurement sheets for various works such as civil, electrical, carpentry, POP, flooring, painting, etc.
- Make vendor bills based on approved rates, quantities and actual site measurements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
