US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance for candidates who are eager to build a career in the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have experience working with

consultants and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants with Prime Vendors, Vendors, and Direct Clients.
- Work with
OPT-H1B
,
US Citizen (USC)
and
Green Card (GC)
consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Submit consultant profiles to suitable client requirements.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.




- Follow up with clients and consultants throughout the recruitment process.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Meet individual and team placement targets.
- Provide timely updates to consultants regarding marketing activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience
in US IT Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
- Hands-on experience working with
OPT-H1B,
US Citizens (USC)
and
Green Card (GC)
consultants.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work in the US shift.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
