Role Description
The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt, accurate, and courteous responses. The executive will address customer queries, resolve issues,



and manage complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in internal systems, following up on open cases, and coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions. The role also includes identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, sharing customer feedback with relevant stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer care processes.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally across channels.
- Basic Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and suggest suitable services or solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environ
