Job Summary

HiCentrix Placement Services is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements, especially BPO, Customer Support, Sales, Telecalling, Back Office, and other non-IT positions.

The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate pipelines, achieving hiring targets, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions before starting recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct resume screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual HR interviews.




- Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Explain job roles, salary, location, shift timings, and other employment details to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client/hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements.
- Conduct and coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
- Negotiate salary and address candidate queries when required.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure selected candidates join on the committed date.
- Maintain daily and monthly recruitment MIS and trackers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure a positive candida
