Job Objective

Objective

Drive business growth across Karnataka Pharma, Food Processing, API, Chemical and Biotechnology industries by promoting Dietrich Engineering's process equipment, containment systems, powder handling solutions and turnkey engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales strategy for Karnataka region.
2. Generate business opportunities in Pharma, Food Processing, API and Chemical sectors.
3. Build relationships with Plant Heads, Engineering Heads, Project Teams and Procurement Teams.
4. Promote process equipment, containment systems, powder handling and turnkey solutions.
5. Identify greenfield and brownfield project opportunities.
6. Conduct technical discussions and customer presentations.
7. Review customer URS, PFDs, P&IDs;, layouts and technical specifications.
8. Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals.
9. Manage enquiry to order conversion process.
10. Negotiate contracts,



commercial terms and delivery schedules.
11. Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records.
12. Coordinate with Design, Projects, Production and Service teams.
13. Support FAT, installation and commissioning discussions when required.
14. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
15. Achieve order booking, revenue and collection targets.

3 Knowledge of powder handling systems and containment technologies

4 Understanding of PFD, P&ID;, GA drawings and equipment layouts

9 Market intelligence and competitor analysis

10 ERP / SAP and MS Office proficiency.
