*Key Responsibilities*
- Attend customers with a warm, confident and skilled approach and understand their requirements.
- Present and sell sarees, lehengas and Indo-Western wear according to the customer's occasion, style and budget.
- Provide personalised styling and product recommendations to customers.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including fabrics, craftsmanship, pricing and collections.
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and repeat customers professionally.
- Coordinate with alterations, inventory and other teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Keep the sales area neat, organised and customer-ready.
- Represent Rupahali with a well-groomed, elegant and properly dressed appearance at all times.
- Maintain a polite, articulate and premium brand image while interacting with customers.
