1. Lead the technical transfer of manufacturing operations, engineering documentation, and product designs from US facilities to India.

2. Ensuring accurate implementation of globally released designs at regional manufacturing facilities.

3. Leading, scaling and developing the regional engineering organization.

4. Enforcing adherence to global engineering standards, change management processes, and design control process.

5. Drive aggressive Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives to optimize product cost structures leveraging the local supplier ecosystem without compromising quality, performance, or safety.

6. Leading the resolution of site-specific and global technical issues during first article inspections, prototype and trial manufacturing, and product launch activities

. 7. Escalating critical technical, operational,



or design-related issues to global engineering leadership when required.

8. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and operational performance.

9. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (including process, electrical, mechanical, software, automation) as well as with departments, operations, procurement, Quality

10. Provide training and guidance to operators and technicians involved in operating and maintaining air separation units. Transfer knowledge of best practices and safety procedures to ensure protected and efficient operation.

11. Coordinate with other departments in the development, fabrication, testing of products and designing for manufacturability (DFM).

12. Create design history documentation in accordance with company procedures.
