Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in B2B & B2C performance marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and international client handling. The ideal candidate should be able to build strategies, manage campaigns, drive measurable leads, conversions, and ROI, handle international clients, and coordinate effectively with the digital marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing and lead-generation strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive B2B & B2C lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Manage GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, Meta Pixel,



and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Analyze campaign data and implement strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Build and optimize lead-generation, conversion, and remarketing funnels.
- Handle international clients, understand their requirements, discuss campaign performance, and provide marketing recommendations.
- Conduct client calls, share performance reports, and maintain robust client relationships.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team, Sales, Design, and Development teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on SEO, SMM, content, creatives, and overall marketing strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
