? Key Responsibilities
- Handle
Transfer Pricing compliance, documentation, and advisory
engagements.
- Prepare and review
TP studies, benchmarking analysis, and economic analysis
.
- Work on
intercompany transactions
and related-party assessments.
- Support
TP audits, assessments, and litigation
.
- Conduct industry and comparable-company research.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
? Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of
Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD guidelines
.
- Experience with
TP documentation, benchmarking, and compliance
.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Experience working with multinational/global clients is preferred.
- CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance / relevant Tax qualification
preferred.
