Job Description

We are looking for a motivated
OPT Recruiter / US IT Recruiter
to join our staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and maintaining relationships with IT professionals, including candidates.

Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Identify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
- Explain available job opportunities and understand candidates' career goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the recruiting database/ATS.
- Coordinate with account managers and recruiting teams to submit qualified candidates to clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and placement process.




- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and assist with interview preparation.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruiting/sourcing goals.
- Stay updated on current IT technologies, job-market trends, and recruiting practices.

Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with candidates.
- Basic understanding of U.S. IT staffing and recruiting.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of common IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Analytics, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and related technologies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a recruiting team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of recruiting experience are welcome.
- Previous experience in US IT recruit
