Job Summary

ArthLife is looking for a Dispatch & Delivery Coordinator who will manage daily order dispatch and coordinate with delivery executives to ensure timely deliveries. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, responsible, and comfortable handling day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for daily order dispatch.
- Assign and hand over orders to delivery executives.
- Track dispatched, delivered, pending, and returned orders.




- Follow up with delivery executives for delivery updates.
- Maintain daily dispatch records and delivery status.
- Coordinate with the packing and operations team for smooth order flow.
- Resolve basic dispatch and delivery-related issues.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced workplace.
