About the Role

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in
B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals
, preferably in the IT, software, digital marketing, or technology services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through
cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels
.
- Research and identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable
IT, software, web/app development, and digital solutions
.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from




lead generation to negotiation and closure
.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical, marketing, and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience
in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in
IT services, software, SaaS, digital marketing, web/app development, or technology sales
will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Experience with
cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead generation
